Policy
General
We take pride in the quality of our coffee and the care we put into every shipment. If your 1-pound bag of coffee arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.
📦 Damaged Package Returns
• If your coffee bag is received damaged, you may request a return or refund.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at HR.Support@hauseroasters.shop with photos of the damaged package and proof of purchase.
💳 Refund Details
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds do not include any amount paid in tips.
• Refunds will be processed within [3-5] business days ( time frame may vary by bank ) after the returned item is received and inspected.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Coffee bags that are opened, used, and/or returned outside the 7-day window are not eligible for refund.
• We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product damage (e.g. Personal taste etc. )
At Hause Roasters, we believe great coffee should be accessible, honest, and handled with care—from our roaster to your doorstep.
🏷️ Packaging & Weight
• Our coffee is roasted fresh and packed in 1-pound, food-safe, resealable tin-tie bags—designed to preserve peak flavor and aroma without the need for heat sealing.
• Orders are shipped in durable, recyclable mailers or boxes, depending on quantity.
• We currently offer 1 lb, 2 lb, and 5 lb order options. For larger wholesale or restaurant orders, custom packaging and logistics are available—just reach out.
🚚 Shipping Costs & Philosophy
• We price our coffee as close to cost as possible—because we believe in fair, transparent pricing and letting the coffee speak for itself.
• That means we absorb a portion of the shipping cost on every order to keep things simple and affordable for you.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely, trackable delivery.
⏱️ Fulfillment & Delivery
• Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move.
• We currently ship within the Continental U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our coffee, let us know—we’re exploring international options.
